Processing Time
All centerpiece set orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping Rates & Delivery

Domestic Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping across the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free Shipping (Limited Time): Currently, all orders ship free—no minimum required. This is a limited-time offer.

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to process and ship promptly, unexpected delays may occur. If your order is delayed, we’ll notify you via email.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your centerpiece set arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us immediately at info@inandrow.com. Please keep all packaging and take photos of any damage so we can help resolve the issue with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your centerpiece set. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how we can help:
Return Eligibility

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Opened or used items cannot be returned

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange

Once approved, we’ll send return instructions

Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item was defective or damaged
We recommend using a trackable service for your return. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, email us at info@inandrow.com. Exchanges are subject to availability.
You are responsible for return shipping, and we’ll cover the shipping for the exchanged item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your set arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping if needed.
